I have worked with the likes of helping Sports Professionals, Rugby Players, Golfing professionals, members of York Harriers and Running clubs, Harrogate Football Club. Working on day to day aches and pains, work related injuries, to helping active individuals improve at their sport or activity, reducing their recovery times following injury or overuse, improving flexibility, muscle function and promoting general wellbeing.

From a young age, I grew up with people around me suffering from numerous ailments and back problems. My father used to ask if I could put pressure on his back by walking up and down it bare foot, which he found helped to alleviate his aches and pains. Since then I developed an interest in the fascinating world of massage and complementary therapies and now qualified continue to see the results of how successful they can be and their positive effects on both people’s physical and psychological wellbeing.
